PORTABILITY
Import, export and definitions
Industry CSV (Layer 1)
Import researched industries first, then prospects. Existing IDs update; new rows add. OpportunityScore is always recomputed from the eight components.
Prospect CSV (Layer 2)
Export the current prospect table or import rows. Legacy 25-column CSVs are still accepted. V2 rows are routed by scoring_version; industry_id must reference an imported industry. Rows missing a business name or with out-of-range scores are rejected, not imported. Set website_status (unchecked, no-own-site or has-own-site) to record a real web-check; a blank stays unchecked.

A 75+ · B 60-74 · C 45-59 · D below 45. Confidence is recorded separately.
V2 two-layer model
Layer 1 Industry OpportunityScore (weighted, 1-10 inputs) sets market attractiveness. Layer 2 Growth Readiness scores the prospect. Outreach Priority = 0.40 x Industry + 0.60 x Readiness.
Tiers on priority: A 80-100 · B 65-79 · C 50-64 · Exclude below 50. Tier is a display label only and never changes the pipeline stage.
Website gap is only credited once a real per-prospect web-check confirms it. An unchecked prospect scores as if it had no gap, so a firm is never floated into tier A on an assumed "no website".
